Advent Bible Study

Start

End

Dear Friends in Christ Jesus,

You are warmly invited to join us for a one-night Bible study this Advent on the Infancy Narratives from the Gospel of Luke, chapters 1 and 2. These opening chapters of Luke's Gospel paint a beautiful portrait of God's faithfulness, the joy of salvation, and the humble beginnings of Jesus' earthly life. We'll delve into key stories such as the annunciations to Zechariah and Mary, the Magnificat, the Benedictus, the Gloria, the birth of John the Baptist, the Nativity of Jesus, —passages rich with themes of promise, praise, and divine intervention.

When: Monday evening, December 1st, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM

Where: The St. John Paul 2 rooms.

What to Bring: Your Bible, an open heart, and if you own the Ignatius Catholic Study Bible, please bring it.

This study is free and open to all—whether you're a longtime believer or new to Scripture. No prior experience needed; we'll provide talk notes and discuss how these ancient narratives speak to our lives today, inspiring hope and wonder in the Christmas story year-round.

Come and see how Luke's words invite us deeper into God's story. We look forward to studying with you!
