Parents who wish to present children to be welcomed into the family of the Church through baptism are asked to call the parish office. Through the parish office, the parents will arrange for a home visit by members of the Baptism Preparation Ministry to perform parent formation for the celebration of their child’s Baptism.
In the event that schedules do not allow for a home visit, parents are authorized to attend a baptism formation session. These meetings are held occasionally throughout the year. These meetings are normally held in the gathering space of the church.
Baptism is normally celebrated on the first and third Sunday of each month at 1:30 PM. It is also possible for families to schedule the celebration of Baptism during the 4:00 PM liturgy on Saturday or during the 12:00 PM liturgy on certain Sundays of the year. These dates are available through the parish office. The sacrament of Baptism is not celebrated during the season of Lent.
