I am interested in becoming a registered member of OLGC. I understand that I will be contacted by a New Parishioner Minister to complete the registration process.
If you prefer, you may download a PDF file of our registration form and print it out. Return the completed registration form to our office by mail or in person, or place it in the offertory basket at Mass.
