Inner City Food Outreach
The gospel calls us to be closely involved with our brothers and sisters. Our baptism invites us to answer the needs of the broader Church and community. We are deeply involved with the needs of our bridging parish, Saint Aloysius in Detroit; Manna Meals; the Capuchin Kitchen; and the parishes of Saint Casimir, Saint Dominic, and Saint Christine, as well as the food pantry at St. Mary’s in Wayne. Our food offerings on Sunday are a source of ministry for us and of aid for our brothers and sisters. Other needs are published regularly in The Counsellor.
